This Refund Policy applies to all website creation and hosting services purchased from Software Ventures Ltd..
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Website Creation (One-time Fee)
Because each website is individually designed and built to your specifications, we invest significant
time and resources from the moment a project begins. For this reason, the following policy applies:

Before project start: If you cancel your order before we have begun work,
you are entitled to a full refund.

After project start: Once work has commenced, no refund will be issued,
as the service is a bespoke deliverable created exclusively for you.

Included revisions: Every project includes 1–2 revision rounds before
go-live to ensure the result meets your expectations. We strongly encourage you to make use of these.

Material failure on our part: If we are unable to deliver the agreed
website due to a fault solely on our side, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund at our discretion,
depending on the stage of completion.
Hosting & Maintenance (Monthly Fee)
The monthly hosting and maintenance subscription is billed on a calendar-month basis and can be cancelled
at any time. The following applies:
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has begun.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will apply.

reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
